  • There will be 5, once a week, 1-hour meetings online filled with actionable take home tips to boost brain health.  
  • If you cannot make the meeting or if you would like to revisit the material there will be a video replay.
  • For this course, we will limit the number of attendees. In our previous online talks, there were so many great questions but we didn’t have time to answer them all due to the number of attendees. Thus, this time we will make the group smaller and allow more time for questions, discussion, and a personalized approach.
